Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with It's The Land Cruiser. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. During periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES.
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS.
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES.
It's The Land Cruiser is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
